The ACNC has recently released its new report on charity compliance focused on 2015 and 2016, which outlines its role, the compliance activities during this period, the ACNC’s compliance approach, handling concerns, the Compliance focus for2017-9, some Compliance Case Studies and Support and Guidance.  It is a must read for all charities and not-for-profits.
