Donor Advised Funds
A simple and flexible way to manage charitable giving to the causes you
care about, and the freedom to recommend grants over time.
What is a Donor Advised Fund?
Donor Advised Funds are an easy and accessible way to provide a strategic and targeted gift to your community or something you care about.
When you set up a Donor Advised Fund with us, we discuss your giving objectives, the areas you care about, how to support those.
The Community Foundation takes care of the investment administration and advises on how you can achieve your giving objectives through granting.
You can make a tax deductible donation into your fund at any time, while we work together on developing giving opportunties
- Be supported in their giving by community knowledge and granting expertise.
- Recommend cause areas or projects and organisations they would like to support.
- Receive an immediate tax deduction upon contributing.
- Give their fund a unique identity by naming it after a family member, employee or organisation.
- Invest in a fund that is durable – the earnings of your fund will be available to make a difference in your community, each year, every year.
Foster Family Endowment Fund
